Roobet Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Roobet ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"), the operator of the website available at roobet-khelo.net. By accessing the Roobet platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all games and services available on Roobet, including cricket betting, live casino, Teen Patti, roulette, and slots. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Roobet.

Who Can Register on Roobet

To register and use a Roobet account, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Roobet does not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or play.
• You must be registering as an individual, not on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity.

Opening Your Roobet Account

When registering a Roobet account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. All information submitted must belong to you personally – providing false information, including a name or date of birth that is not your own, constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Roobet requires account verification before processing any withdrawal. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued ID (CNIC or passport) and proof of your registered payment method. The verification process exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information at all times.
• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share login credentials with anyone.
• Notify Roobet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow others to use your account, even family members.
• Update your contact information promptly if it changes.

Deposit Rules

All deposits to your Roobet account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Roobet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 500.

Deposits made via a method that does not match your registered identity may be held pending verification. Roobet reserves the right to return any deposit and close the account if the payment source cannot be verified to belong to the registered account holder.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed same-day or overnight. Bank transfers take 1–2 business days.

• Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Roobet may request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal – see Section 6.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in another person's name are not permitted.
• Roobet does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals to Pakistani wallets.

General Betting Conduct

All bets placed on Roobet are final once confirmed. The minimum bet on most Roobet markets is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed on the bet placement interface before confirmation. By placing a bet, you accept the odds and terms displayed at the time of placement.

Roobet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, resulting from a technical fault, or placed on odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Roobet account balance. We do not honour bets placed on obviously erroneous odds.

• All sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.
• For cricket, Roobet settles markets in accordance with ICC and PCB official results.
• Live betting markets are available up until market closure as determined by Roobet's trading team. Bets placed after market closure are void.
• Roobet reserves the right to restrict or limit betting on specific markets for individual accounts at its discretion.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the account closed.

How Roobet Bonuses Work

All bonuses and promotions offered by Roobet are subject to specific terms displayed on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is met.

Unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all Roobet bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated bonus validity period, after which unused bonus funds expire.
• Each player is eligible for a welcome bonus only once. Creating a second account to claim a welcome bonus again is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds may have restricted game eligibility. Check individual promotion terms for which games count towards wagering.
• Roobet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible players.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed the stated maximum withdrawal cap from bonus play will be removed from your balance when you withdraw.
• Bonus abuse – including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or exploiting technical errors – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

Roobet's Commitment to Player Safety

Roobet-Initiated Closures

Roobet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• False or fraudulent information was provided during registration or verification.
• The account is a duplicate of an existing account held by the same player.
• Suspicious betting patterns, bonus abuse, or involvement in match fixing is detected.
• The account is used for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• The player is in violation of any part of these Terms.

In cases of fraud or illegal activity, Roobet reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

How to Raise a Dispute

If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, a withdrawal has been delayed without justification, or any other issue has arisen with your Roobet account, the correct process is:

• Contact Roobet support via live chat or email at support@roobet-khelo.net, providing your account details and a clear description of the issue.
• Roobet aims to respond to all disputes within 24 hours and resolve them within 5 business days.
• For bet settlement disputes on cricket markets, please include the match name, bet ID, and the specific market in question.
• Roobet's decision on bet settlement disputes based on official match results is final.

What Roobet Is and Is Not Responsible For

Roobet provides the platform in good faith and takes all reasonable steps to ensure it is available and functioning correctly at all times. However, Roobet cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, particularly during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical outages. The platform is provided "as is" and Roobet does not make warranties beyond those required by applicable law.

• Roobet is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted internet connectivity on the player's end during live betting.
• Roobet is not liable for losses resulting from the player's own decisions, including betting strategy choices.
• Roobet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player's own negligence enabled that access.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect bet outcome, Roobet's liability is limited to returning the stake to the player's balance.

Roobet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

How Roobet Updates These Terms

Roobet may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, Roobet will notify registered players via email or a platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms come into effect. Minor clarifications or administrative changes may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Roobet platform after updated Terms have come into effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the new Terms take effect. Funds will be returned in accordance with the terms in place at the time of closure.
